She graduated with honors from the medical faculty of the Kharkiv Medical Institute (1991).

Worked: functional diagnostics nurse at the 12th city hospital of Kharkiv (1984-1985); nurse of the heart attack department of the 25th city clinical hospital of Kharkiv (medical department of the Kharkiv Tractor Plant) (1988–1991). From 1991 to the present, she has been working at the National University of Pharmacy: trainee teacher (1991–1992), assistant (1992–1999), associate professor (1999) of the Department of Pharmacology, head (2005-2007), professor of the Department of Pharmacotherapy (2007-2015); professor (2015 – 2020) of the Department of Pharmacology, professor of the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy (since 2020).

Educational and methodical work. Gives lectures and conducts practical and seminar classes on pharmacology, clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical care, side effects of drugs.

Research work: search and creation of drugs with anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, cardioprotective action, research of adverse drug reactions.

In 1996, she defended her candidate’s thesis on the topic: “Pharmacological study of the hepatoprotective action of superoxide dismutase” from the specialty “Pharmacology” on 14.03.07 (supervisor: Doctor of Medicine, Prof. Drogovoz S.M.).

In 2006, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Experimental substantiation of the use of superoxide dismutase preparations in pathological conditions caused by the activation of free radical oxidation processes” from the specialty 14.03.05 “Pharmacology” (scientific consultant: Doctor of Medicine, Academician of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Stefanov O .V.).

Prepared 2 candidates of pharmaceutical sciences, supervised preparation for the defense of 12 master’s students.

Author and co-author of 476 scientific and educational-methodological works (including 13 publications in publications included in the Scopus scientific-metric databases), 24 author’s certificates and patents.

Social activities. Member of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Association of Pharmacologists of Ukraine”, Association of Preventive and Antiaging Medicine, CoRSUM (Coalitionon Rational and Safe Use of Medicines). Member of the editorial board of the magazine “Actual issues of pharmaceutical and medical science and practice”.

She was awarded diplomas of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (2005), diplomas of the National Academy of Sciences (2017, 2023).
